Danix Management Limited:

A consultancy offering strategic advisory services to public sector organizations seeking to evaluate economic opportunities, leverage property values, prioritize facility spending, rationalize investment decisions, and improve real property service delivery.

Danix  was established in 1986 to serve as a project development and consulting vehicle for its principal, Daniel Nixey.  Most project work is delivered in close collaboration with the staff of client organizations, usually with stakeholder engagement as an important component, and often in conjunction with other consultants.  Although Daniel often serves as project lead, he is also engaged on a sub-consultancy basis to other firms or provides advisory services directly to senior management.
